Oklahoma Building Services has been in business since 1998 and is locally owned and operated. There is no job that we aren’t equipped, or experienced to handle. Our labor force is ready, willing, and able to tackle any size job, from the daily staffing of your facility, to the emergency situation of flood or water damage cleanup. We can handle all of your janitorial needs.

As a company, we pride ourselves in the service we provide our clients and believe that it is essential for them to be 100% satisfied with the work we do; therefore, we are always on call. You can reach one of our area managers or the owner himself 24 hours a day. All emergency calls are handled in the shortest amount of time possible. When a pipe breaks at 2am, it is comforting to know someone will respond in a timely manner.

We are a company with high standards, holding industry standards only as our starting place. We have a great desire to provide any service that a customer needs at a competitive rate. In today’s market there are a few companies that may be cheaper but none of them have the experience or the commitment to excellence that Oklahoma Building Services has.

Oklahoma Building Services has a low turnover rate for customers and employees. Most of our customers come from word of mouth as we do not actively advertise for new business. Currently OBS cleans over 8.8 million square feet and employs over 200 people in the Oklahoma City and Tulsa metros. OBS E-Verifies and conducts background checks on all of its employees through the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigations and is an equal opportunity employer.
